The Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) have announced the resignations of Fighter Yazini Tetyana and Fighter Dr. Mbuyiseni Ndlozi from their roles in the South African Parliament. Both members submitted voluntary requests to be released from their duties, which the EFF accepted.
In a statement issued on Thursday, 09 January 2025, the EFF expressed gratitude for the contributions of Tetyana and Ndlozi. Fighter Yazini Tetyana served in the Eastern Cape Provincial Legislature before joining the national Parliament, while Dr. Ndlozi has been a member of the National Assembly since 2014. Both were acknowledged for their diligent service and commitment to the organization and the public.
The EFF wished them well in their future endeavors and thanked them for their service.
The resignations mark a significant change within the EFF’s parliamentary representation, with both members having been prominent figures in the party’s legislative efforts.
