In the early hours of Wednesday, a 40-year-old lady was shot and killed on a Metrobus in Fleurhof, Roodepoort, and the police are searching for the man who did it.
The suspect shot the woman as she boarded the bus, according to Gauteng police spokeswoman Lt-Col Mavela Masondo. The culprit was already inside the bus at the time.
Masondo said that he shot and murdered the woman as the bus came to a halt. It was also alleged that the culprit ran off in a white VW Golf.
