Police in the Western Cape are investigating a mass shooting incident in Nyanga, where four people were confirmed dead and four others were attempted to be killed. The deceased were all in their 20s, while the attempted murder victims were aged between 27 and 35.
The incident occurred at their residence in Mazizini, Browns Farm, Nyanga, and involved unknown gunmen who opened fire at the victims. The murder and attempted murder docket was handed over to detectives attached to the Provincial Serious and Violent Crimes Unit for probing. The motive for the incident is yet to be determined.
