The Robbers Took Phones and Money

Today, we bring further saddening updates. Ackermans at Matlapeng Centre, Devland, has been robbed. The store has suffered endless robberies this year. It has been the centre's prominent target due to its position. Criminals always find an easy way out as it is situated near the exit. 

According to witnesses, there were two guys; one had a gun, and the other didn't. They only took cell phones and petty cash. There were no casualties reported. 

 

The centre's reputation is being questioned, not to mention the security company hired to safeguard the centre. 

There are speculations that this may be an inside job. According to a close source, the private security hired to assist the centre's internal security team in overlooking the centre is never present when these robberies occur. 

Another store that has been robbed this year in the exact centre is Pep Cell. The employees live in perpetual fear because these events are sporadic. Shoppers constantly avoid walking near these stores because of the fear of being victims. 

What could this mean? Are the rumours true? What will it take for the owner of the centre to take action? Should there be another casualty similar to the one in 2016 when the centre started its operation? 

We have decided to conceal the names of the private and internal security companies to avoid criminal charges against us, primarily because there is no credible evidence to link the companies to these robberies.
