Von Schmeling filed for divorce from the actor this week, only days after he went missing and was later found.

According to the documents, Von Schmeling claims she and Bell divorced in September, claiming irreconcilable differences as the cause for their breakup.

Wyatt, the couple's two-year-old son, results from their four-year marriage. Bell announced in 2021 that the couple secretly married and had a son. Von Schmeling is requesting primary legal custody of the child, as well as visiting rights for Bell. She also wants spousal support.

The complaint comes after Bell allegedly had a "falling out" with Von Schmeling last week, which resulted in the former Nickelodeon star's "possible attempted suicide," according to authorities.

According to a 911 audio recording between an Orlando Police Department officer and a dispatcher with the Volusia County Sheriff's Department in Florida, the terrifying ordeal was related to a "celebrity" who had a "falling out" with his wife. Police were called because Bell was texting family in California, saying he was going to "get drunk and hang himself" in a hotel somewhere in Orlando.

Cops claim they gained clearance to ping Drake's phone for his specific position, according to 911 recordings obtained by ET.

The Daytona Beach Police Department reported that Bell was missing and "endangered" on Thursday morning, but an update at about 1:30 p.m. showed that Bell had been found. Before being discovered that afternoon, the actor was last seen on Wednesday evening near Mainland High School. He was driving a gray BMW 2022.

This is not the first time Bell made the news. In 2021 he made headlines after he pleaded guilty to attempted child endangerment and an infraction charge of transmitting dangerous material to minors.

He was incarcerated for two years probation and 200 hours of community service, and he was also barred from reaching out to the victim, who accused him of grooming her from the age of 12 and sexually assaulting her when she was 15 years old.
