According to a recent report from IoL, at least three men have been arrested in connection with the murder of rapper Kiernan Forbes, known as AKA.
Police made the breakthrough Sunday after observing the suspects throughout the week.
Police arrested the suspects after they were picked up in Cape Town, according to a source familiar with the investigation into the rapper's murder.
They are being taken to Durban, where charges are expected.
When asked about the arrest, Col. André Traut, a spokesman for the Western Cape police, referred to the KwaZulu-Natal police.
However, according to the source, Cape Town and Durban SAPS have not confirmed the arrest. A statement will be released over time to clarify the matter.
